The location was really central. Bus stops and various shops were so close. The staff were wonderfully friendly and always willing to help with directions or advice. I appreciated the very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool offered a lovely space for a quick dip after a day of exploring!

pamela, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. she made sure everything was perfect for me (i felt so welcomed!). the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing space with a great view. the hotel's location.
the ancient lift took a little while, but it was manageable.
